How much do party rentals for a campus event cost?
It depends on the lineup. The mechanical bull is $999.00 with its operator, Toxic Meltdown is $1,199.00, the Grand Carnival Booth with 4 Games is $599.99 and Joust is $299.99. The rock climbing wall is priced by phone. The three sample lineups on this page run from $1,249.97 to $2,348.98 at list price, and we quote delivery to your campus with the lineup.
Can you work with our campus vendor requirements?
Send your school's vendor packet with your first message. We are fully insured, and we'll tell you up front exactly what we can provide so the approval doesn't hold up your date.
Can rentals work indoors?
Some attractions can. Share your floor space, ceiling height, entrance access and power so we can confirm which options fit your gym, union or hall.
Are operators included?
The mechanical bull includes a trained operator. Contact us to confirm staffing for the other attractions in your lineup.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Our crew delivers, sets up before your start time and picks everything up after the event, anywhere across Nassau and Suffolk.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as your date is approved. The rock wall, Toxic Meltdown and mechanical bull can each be at only one event at a time, so popular weekends go first.
